Group Tours
Family reunion, company retreat, or a wedding party? Whatever your reason, we have customizable group tours for your group of 10 or more. Discover more about the PMA’s collection and exhibitions on tailored docent-led tours designed just for you. Advance reservations are required.
Please read the Group Visit Policies below prior to filling in the Group Scheduling request form. Groups and tours can only be scheduled online; phone and email requests cannot be honored.
The PMA reserves the right not to allow large groups into the Museum without prior reservations.
Groups without a reservation will not receive discounted or expedited admission.
Once you submit your form, we will be in touch with you to confirm. Please allow 2-3 business days to process your request.
PMA GROUP VISIT GUIDELINES
Current pricing is for the 2022/23 season.
All group visits must be booked at least one month in advance.
Full payment must be received at least 7 days in advance of the group's visit, unless otherwise arranged with our Group Sales Manager. A signed contract may be required.
Groups who do not meet the minimum may still purchase their tickets in advance online at the regular admission rates.
Groups under 10 can partake in a docent-led “Highlights of the Collection” tour of the galleries that is offered to the public. Please call the PMA to check when these tours are expected to run.
Guided tours last approximately one hour.
All guided tours meet in first-floor Selma Wolf Black Great Hall unless otherwise noted.
A wheelchair-accessible entrance and elevators are available.
In order to better plan for and advise you on your visit, please let us know of any special needs or requests your group might have.
